About WCREC

WCREC is over 30 years old and we’re extremely proud to be able to provide our services to Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, free of charge. We are the only service of our kind in Canada, that provides screened professional referrals for people who call us.

From our beginnings with limited funding and few paid staff, to a staff complement of over 19 full and part time employees, WCREC continues to changes with the changing needs of the people who call us.
